This automated oiling and unloading machine is designed for the final oiling, visual inspection (via photography) for archiving purposes, and automated unloading (via AGV) of rotors. It features a system combining aerosol oil spraying, rotary imaging, and a dual-station lifting mechanism. The machine performs automated loading, uniform oil application, rotary imaging, image data binding, and AGV unloading—completing the entire finishing process for a single rotor in one cycle. Parameters such as oil volume, imaging angles, and rotation speed can all be configured via the Human-Machine Interface (HMI).
Suitable for use in the final oiling, visual archiving, and automated unloading stations of high-speed rotor assembly lines within the new energy sector.
