This inverter / controller assembly line is designed as a loop-type production line, enabling smooth material flow and efficient station coordination throughout the assembly process.
The line uses fixture carriers with integrated tooling fixtures, allowing it to accommodate workpieces in different orientations while meeting precise positioning requirements during assembly.
Each workstation can be manually released at a free cycle pace according to actual operating conditions, providing greater production flexibility. At stations without operator intervention, dedicated machines can run automatically, helping improve line efficiency and resource utilization.
All moving mechanisms are equipped with protective safety devices, and safety warning signs are installed in hazardous areas. Robots and stations involving hazardous motion are protected by high-strength safety fencing to ensure safe operation.
