Semi-Automatic Blower Assembly Line

Blower Assembly Line Core Equipment Specification

This assembly line adopts a semi-automatic operating mode that combines manual loading and unloading with automatic assembly. It balances the flexibility of manual handling with the precision of automated production, significantly reducing labor intensity while ensuring assembly consistency. The line is well suited for the large-scale production of blowers.

Core Production Process

The complete line covers three major process sections:

Rotor Assembly

▪ Stator Assembly

▪ Final Assembly

Each process is precisely connected and strictly controlled to ensure stable product quality and consistent blower performance in line with industry standards.

1. Rotor Assembly

Key Process

This section focuses on the core performance of the rotor. The process includes:

▪ Shaft insertion into the metal housing

▪ Magnet bonding

▪ Dynamic balancing calibration

▪ Magnetization

▪ Magnetic flux inspection

Each step is carried out with precise positioning and inspection technology to effectively prevent issues such as rotor eccentricity and insufficient magnetic flux, laying a solid foundation for stable blower operation.

2. Stator Assembly

Key Process

This section is centered on the conductivity and structural support performance of the stator. The process includes:

▪ Stator winding

▪ Terminal welding

▪ Riveting of stator and bracket

▪ Bearing assembly

With firm welding, tight riveting, and accurate bearing installation, this process helps ensure high electrical conductivity and reliable structural stability of the stator.

3. Final Assembly

Key Process

This section integrates the core rotor and stator components into the complete blower assembly. The process includes:

▪ Rotor and stator assembly

▪ Insulation withstand voltage testing

▪ Impeller press-fitting

▪ Thermal grease application

▪ PCBA assembly and screw fastening

▪ Selective wave soldering

▪ AOI visual inspection

▪ Final dynamic balancing calibration

▪ Abnormal noise testing

The entire process covers assembly, inspection, and calibration, ensuring that each finished blower meets performance requirements, operates reliably, and remains free from abnormal noise.

Blower Assembly Line Core Equipment Advantages

High Level of Automation

The key assembly processes are automated, reducing manual intervention, minimizing human error, and improving both production efficiency and product qualification rates.

High Production Efficiency

The production cycle time is only 45 seconds per unit, making the line suitable for high-volume and fast-paced manufacturing, while significantly increasing output capacity.

Blower Assembly Line Equipment Control System

The line adopts an independent machine control architecture. Each unit is equipped with:

▪ An independent control system

▪ An independent MES production management system

This design allows production units to be flexibly added or removed according to different manufacturing scenarios without affecting the normal operation of the entire line, greatly improving production scheduling flexibility and convenience.
